My name is Nicole DenHamer and I am a Special Education Teacher in Cicero District 99. It is hard to believe that this is my 19th year teaching. Previously, I have taught students from 3rd grade to 6th grade as a resource teacher, Self-Contained Instructional Teacher, and now as a 5th grade Co-Taught teacher. The students that I teach are identified as special education; however they are academic learners.
I truly love learning and working with my kids. I am excited to incorporate these tools within my lessons to help build my students confidence and academic successes.
